WELCOME TO THE HOMESTEAD
Welcome to The Homestead, nestled along the coastline of Southern New England in the small beach town of Madison, Connecticut.
Our lodging and accommodations provide easy access to nearby beaches, unique shopping and wonderful restaurants.
Our home is composed of 11 individual bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. Our boutique inn has several public areas available to guests including a living room with fireplace, dining room, and sun room. We also offer extensive outdoor grounds with patios, two fire pits and a deck.

Our approach to hospitality is to be available if you need us, but for the most part, we will stay out of your way. We find our modern bed and breakfast appeals to couples on a romantic getaway, families looking for a great place to stay together, as well as groups getting ready for weddings (especially the wedding party and families of the couple). Many businesses find our house to be a perfect setting for corporate retreats.

The Homestead has been in operation by The Guardiano family for over 30 years and across 3 generations. The house was originally built in 1958 and we have recently completed extensive renovations. It is now a perfect backdrop for your wedding preparations, family gatherings or individual bookings.

GUESTROOMS
Our eleven guestrooms, including one two-bedroom family suite, are beautifully renovated and feature spacious private bathrooms, Smart TVs, and vintage-style record players.
Each room has a unique personality, from bright and airy with private entrances to a two-room family suite.

"Stayed here with my husband for the weekend and had a pleasant, relaxing stay. We live in Brooklyn so the serenity of the surrounding area was welcome. Rooms were spacious and immaculate. The common areas were comfortable and cozy. The property is gorgeous with chipmunk and bird inhabitants. The coffee set up is impressive with a wide variety of options. The owners and staff were kind, warm, and friendly. The record players in each room are such a nice touch! Breakfast included quiche and pastries from local businesses. I’m looking forward to visiting again soon."
